I am writing this review based on my experience for 2 orders placed with Snapdeal and numerous correspondence to collaborate my review.
Order No: 1150136556 Pre-book order for Karbonn Titatanium S9: I had placed an order with Snapdeal as per pre-book advertisement from Karbon Mobiles (https://karbonnmobiles.com/) by paying Rs 999 as date product price is not declared. This order placed during July 2013 vide my order no.1150136556 .
On 13/08/13 I had paid balance amount of Rs 16, 991 as product is lauched with a price of 17, 990. I received a confirmation from Snapdeal the product will be delivered within 3 working days - ie. by 16th August. On 18th August they informed item delivery will be delayed further for 3 days,
Upon my inquiry on 22nd - they informed they had cancelled my order as product is not in stock and money will be returned within 10 working days.
I had made a pre-booking as per Karbonn mobiles website with Snap deal and completed full payment as per their instruction
With the hype of advertisement, they collected huge amount towards pre-book order apart from confirmed sales.
They collected money for the product without delivering the item.
They had cancelled my pre-book order whereas still collecting order from customers promising delivery within 3 days

This is not a ethical business to be followed. They collecting money from customers and using it without any charges for one month and cancelling order without any consent with customer.
Though I had numberus correspondence including their CEO and Karbonn Mobiles, as usual they have not responded till now.
My order No. 909914587 placed during 16/03/13 delayed almost 2 months after collecting money and repeated same drama from their side. Though I am taking up this issue with consumer court, all public are warned to deal with Snapdeal/Karbonn Mobiles especially when doing pre-book order where you are placing order with a risk of price/product quality.
BASED ON ABOVE TWO INCIDENT I WILL CALL SNAPDEAL AS NO.1 CHEATER IN INDIAN ONLINE BUSINESS - WHO TRY TO MAKE MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS ADVANCE BY DELAYING PRODUCT DELIVERY AND NOT CARING ABOUT CUSTOMERS.
