Snap deal Is Best If U Shop For Some Household Product, As I Had Nice Experience With Snapdeal So I Suggested Everyone To Shop From Snap deal Becoz Of Easily Available Of All Product Fast Delivery & Great Discount, Due To This My Uncle Fell For This So I Order Some Product For Him.

I Guaranteed Him That He Will Get Best Deal, But Things Didn't Gone Acc To Me . Product Was Not Deliver To Me But In Courier Status It Was Shown That Product Was Successfully Delivered, I Know Some Time Things Go Wrong Due To Technical Fault, So I Tried To Email Snadeal About This & They Mention My Problem Will Solve With 48 Hours, After 48 Hours Still No Improvement Then I Tried Calling Customer Care & Snap deal Convinced Me That My Amount Is Safe We Will Initiated Order Again for U . I Was Surprise That Snapdeal Don't Even Care About Customer 15 Days Has Over I Tried Calling & Emailed Them 3 Or 4 Times They Only Send Copy & Paste Message To Me . It Was Prepaid Order So My Money Is Blocked Now I Wish I Could Have Slected Cash On Delivery Option. Now I Don’t Know Wha T To Do Now? Becoz Snapdeal Is Shifting Their Fault To Blue dart Courier Service Stating That They Have Deliver The Product To Me.

It Was Clearly First Purchase & This Happened, I Was thinking To Buy An IPhone 7 With Emi Option Now I M Concern To Purchase In Future Or Not What If Hade Purchased The Product With Bajaj Finserv Emi & Product Don't Get Delivered To Me If This Could Have Happen I Would Have To Bear Big Loss.
