Yeah its always a Dil Ki Deal at Snapdeal on festive seasons. I used to grab various offer at occasion of Diwali . they provide huge discount and various deals like cashback offer on doing online shopping with various banks.

This year they provided sale in gap of few days the whole month of Diwali . I got lot of products in small price of money. I almost did shopping for a year .like for my vacation Goa trip I purchased western outfits and I also bought ethnic wear to wear at home .first time I bought some party wear Sarees and took a risk when I got it I found it awesome so in no mood to return it. although returning process was also good in time of sale they managed to return your money in no time.

Customer service: I did not got my few Kurtis so it depend which brand you are buying because some of it raises price on name of sale and customer get fooled easily so keep a screenshot before sale period and compare price at the time of sale so that you can't get cheated and save your money.

App is easy to use.you can save items you want to buy later in your wishlist but it got crashed several times during time of sale may be due to heavy traffic.

Its totally reliable but you have to keep your eye on the seller also

Almost all product delivered at time but some not at time of sale .I think may be due to heavy demand

I got one product different and I panicked but I easily get refunded
