Snapdeal, Velex Logistic isn't WORTHY to be dealed. Review on Snapdeal

Dear Snapdeal, Velex Logistic isn't WORTHY to be dealed, Just UNBOX it if you want to remain in the competition, otherwise Amazon and Flipkart will FLIP you out of the market and will send you to the AMAZON jungle for your SLAP DEAL.

I am using sarcastic words for Snapdeal not for their Products or Offers but only for their strategic decision to choose VELEX LOGISTICS as an outsourcing partner for their Supply Chain Management ie. for providing Courier service.

For an Online E-Commerce Company, To Grow Your Market Share, I think following Things are Most Important:-

(1) Superb Website and App Design and Micro Level Marketing

(2) Wide Range of Products of all types

(3) Superb and Consistent Offers and excellent tie ups with Banks and Payment Gateway Companies

(4) Effective and Timely Delivery of Ordered Products

(5) Good After Sales Service includes Returns, Refunds and Replacements of ordered products.

Snapdeal recently had done good job for Point(1) to(3) but critically lacks for Point(4), (5), only because of VELEX LOGISTICS, Earlier I order product then they were delivering order taking too much time like around 1 Week and even going for Snapdeal Gold Option for Delivery nowadays, they never adhere to the Time Limit given by Snapdeal.

They are giving Totally Poor Delivery Service compared to Flipkart who is delivering orders consistently on the very next day and Amazon even early before their Time Limit given. Totally Disappointed for my current order ID 17011200141 with AWB No. of 6231297026 which is to be delivered on 3/12/16 and on that day they called and said they will deliver on 4/12/16 before 12 PM and on 4/12/16 also they had not delivered the product and also not called or even given updates when they will deliver?

Totally Disappointed for such a POOR AND PATHETIC SERVICE on a repeatative basis.

Dear Snapdeal only Marketing is not enough, Fundamental Product Features relatively more important and I think you are loosing on it, Hope you will Improve.
