Everyone nowadays look for the best deals on web and I am no exception. Being an avid online shopper I fell for the luring advertisements of Snapdeal while it appeared on the right hand side of the Facebook window.
I clicked on the advertisement which led me to a page full of lucrative deals. Having met the paradise of online deals I was ecstatic.
Started shopping frivolously until 31st of Dec, 2013, where I placed an order for a Samsung-HW-F450 F- Series Soundbar. 11days later I still have not heard anything from them. Just that my money is gone.

1.We are experiencing high traffic and many orders are to be processed. Please give us time to process your order in a couple of days
2 Your order is under processing. Will update you the dispatch status soon
Today after all the anxiety I decided to call the customer support. And there is such a cold response. "Your product was quoted with the wrong price and we'd cancel your order."
I can only hope that Kunal Bahl & Rohit Bansal, who owns this business would realize these mistakes and fix the issues, soon as possible.
Lessons learnt:
1.A shopping portal which is meant to be so good, did not even notice that their prime selling product was put up on sale for the wrong price for 15days.
2.After sitting on the purchase order and my money for 15days, they did not even bother to check why the product has not been shipped!
3.The customer support is not at all helpful and moreover rude.
4.No ethics in business.
Conclusion: No more purchases thru Snapdeal.
Trivia: Ebay has some shares in it too!
