I ordered 2 pants on May 4th 2014 and paid by credit card. Today is 9th day (May 13, 2014) and the product is not delivered yet. Order id- 2050571940.


Called their customer service 4 times since past 5 days and they are of no help. They have not followed up with the seller or courier company yet. Rude, unhelpful, unknowledgeable, cust service team. Never ever buy from snapdeal.
