I ordered Sony xperia mobile phone with free Sony head phone MDR ZX 100( worth 750 rs) on 17th may (Friday) and got it delivered on 22nd may( Wednesday) . Shipment was from New Delhi to Trivandrum. Opted for 6 months EMI option.
On Saturday read snapdeal reviews on mouthshut.com and got disappointed and I started to worry a lot. thought of even cancelling the order but all went well for me. To make sure I tried to get in touch with snapdeal call center and spoke to a chap called Amit who really helped and assured me that package would reach me on time, also provided me the blue dart reference no to track and as he promised I got the package on Wednesday after noon.
