I bought Fabia TDI in June 11. Best car in industry till the time you will not visit workshop. From that time you will loose all happiness of your life. Company will screw your happiness with nonsense clauses & high cost. No body in Skoda is willing to understand & revert.
Customer is the only person who will be running here & there for Justice but no body to listen. Skoda will stick to its tag line "SIMPLY CLEVER". My car is in service station from last 25 days due to technical fault , under warranty & now they harassing me to pay a bill of 27000 without any fault of mine. I spend 1 lac+ in 1.5 years for the maintenance which is a huge amount for a car of 7 lac & new.
Believe me guys don't mislead with glossy showrooms & Sales technique of Skoda. Its Best in term of comfort but After Sales service Sucks. Your car will be not come back from garage less than 15 days for small issues also & no body will listen to your complain neither Skoda company nor the Showroom.
