THIS REVIEW IS DEDICATED TO ALL THE POOR SOULS WHO HAVE TAKEN THE AIR DECCAN FLIGHTS.The C.E.O of deccan airways captain gopinath was a pilot with the indian airways hence all the traits of customer service has just moved in with him.
WORD OF CAUTION:if you have to take a connecting flight or you have a wedding to goto or office meeting to attend then stay away from these guys their flights never take off on time or they get cancelled.the worst part is if the flight gets cancelled they dont even get you another flight.(come on guys even indian airways would not leave you stranded!!!!!!)now even if you make it to the sky god help you with the service the seats are horrible you'll definetly get back ache I can bet on that!!!
overall the service sucks the e-ticketing thing is like a gimmick I could never book a ticket online .
REASON FOR THE CHAOS:the deccan airways has a fleet of 16 aircrafts and they cover 112 atr's(air traffic routes). which means 16 aircrafts travel to 112 destinations in india and if flight get delayed in 1 destination all the atr's get affected.
now if there is something good about this airlines then it's their fares they have atleast given an opportunity to the poor to travel in an aircraft!!!! so if you can lay your hands onto a 500rs ticket (which I was never able to get!!!!) and there is no specific reason for your travel then you could just goin for a joy ride!!!!!
IF YOU PEOPLE DONT BELIEVE ME THEN YOU PEOPLE HAVE THE OPTON OF GETTING YOUR HANDS BURNT!!!!!!
