Simply, the WORST of all the private carriers. God knows about the low cost (or maybe the lowest) but the punctuality and the customer centric service is almost NIL. You can be rest assured that most of the deccan flights will definitely start a minimum 2-3 hours after shedule. I myself have bitter experiences travelling by Air Deccan. I dont even like to recollect them. This carrier is best suited for those who can stay and wait any long without any urgency or any kind of time restrictions. Really !!! Recently, I had been to the airport to see off my friend. I could see on the display board that all the remaining flights were departing and arriving on time but for our HERO. All the Air Deccan flights, whether incoming or outgoing; were delayed by not less than 3 hrs. I can understand if a flight or two are delayed. But, not ALL. Simply ridiculous. I have decided that even though I get a tkt for Re.1 or free , I will definitely NOT board Deccan.
