A Worst Honda Dealer and Service Provider. Review on Signature Honda - Thottada - Kannur

I feel compelled to share my deeply unsatisfactory experience with Signature Honda Kannur, and I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for potential customers.

I recently took my Honda City to Signature Honda Kannur for its third service on December 27, 2023. The entire process, from the pick-up to the service explanation, was marred by deceitful practices and an utter lack of integrity.

Upon the pickup, the Service Incharge coerced me into additional services, including Paint Treatment and Beautification, costing an extra Rs 4, 000. Despite his promises that these services would eliminate minor scratches and paint chip-offs, my vehicle was returned to me with no visible improvement. I promptly reported the issue to the Delivery driver and the Service Incharge, who feebly claimed that the paint might have peeled off during buffing.

This incident raises serious doubts about whether Signature Honda genuinely performs the services and replaces spare parts or if they are pocketing money while retaining old components. In light of this, I am taking my car to another workshop for a thorough investigation. Any discrepancies found will prompt legal action.

Disheartened by the lack of accountability and transparency, I am now contemplating abandoning my Honda City and opting for a different brand that values customer satisfaction, operates with authenticity, and is recognized for being more trustworthy.
