I have purchased a Siemens Washing Machine via invoice no: SLF02A004110002020 on 19-Dec-2011 from Croma Retail Dev Arch Mall. This product is under 2 years extended warranty period till Dec'15. I have logged a complaint with Siemens for resolution of technical problem on 28-May-2014 as clothes are getting damaged in this washing machine.
Would you please let me know when my problem of Washing Machine will be resolved. Today also one shirt damaged in the washing machine.
We received following instructions from Siemens team about usage of washing machine:
(1) We can not wash sarees with other clothes(like shirts, trousers etc).
(2) Sarees should be washed separately as this machine is not manufactured to wash similar types of clothes in one go.
Hence if I want to use this machine for washing sarees then I cannot.
(3) We have to insert minimum 13-17 clothes into washing machine for washing purpose.(From where to get 13-17 sarees every day)?
In fact no where in the washing machine's brochure or usage guidelines it has been mentioned the above two guidelines.
Siemens team is not able to solve the problem hence they are now finding the different excuses to save their asses.
We followed the same instructions and didn't washed sarees with other clothes. Still one shirt is damaged.
Even after 7 months, my problem is still not resolved.
