Well, I never love to visit any hospital. It gives me negativity. But sometimes we are compelled to go hospital sometimes for ourselves and sometimes for our relatives. This hospital I got to visit when my friend was met with little bit accident.
The accident was not so major but my friend was paining lot so went there because accident made on road near to the hospital. First impression looking from outside was good. It was evening time. There were so many patients in the hospital who were in opd section. We just rushed to the emergency.
The present staff immediately checked him and started treating him. That was nice customer service from them. They immediately admitted him and prescribed me some medicines, injection and other things necessary for treatment. They have medical store inside the premises so didnt have to rush anywhere. But prescription was so costly. He was admitted for couple of days.
Then he was given leave and asked to come for follow ups. The days he spent in hospital were good as the staff was cooperative and doctor used to come for regular check up. Hospital has general department as well as deluxe rooms but due to economical condition he chosen general compartment. The hospital needs to be more clean and hygienic. Treatment was good but the fees he charged at the time of discharge was so high. This is negative part of it, we as a patient dont know much about how they charge, on which things they charge, but all I can say is its too much expensive. So if you are economical strong, hospital is good for you.
