I have availed their services just once and couldnt dare again to go to their site due to horrific experience.
I ordered Xperia neo V mobile from their website as it had price lesser than the other websites. I ordered White color version. After a couple of days I receive a mail that white color is out of stock and I can either choose other color or I can wait till white color becomes available. After some 10-12 days wait I was frustrated enough that I asked them to ship the silver color version. They took another 3 days to ship the silver color version. It kept on shipping state for another 10 days. After so many mails/calls to customer services I finally received my phone on 30th day from the payment. But they still had a surprise for my. The model I received was Blue gradient colored. I was literally pissed off. I again contacted their customer service and registered my grievance. They replied that replacement will take 10-15 days. I knew when the promised time is 15 days then actual time will take another month.
So I decided not to pursue the grievance further and started using Blue gradient version with a pledge that I will never purchase anything from their website.
