ONCE USED AND IT WILL BE NEVER USED IN FUTURE. Review on Shoppingdiatimes

I have a worst experience of this online shopping website indiatimes shopping which I want to share with you. when I first registered in India Times it gives me the offer that if I purchase more than 2000 rupees it will give me 500 Off on my first purchase. I have ordered a shirt of rupees 1651 and goggles of rupees 515 but to my surprise it does not give me off . I Have to pay Rs 2166.

After that the shirt was delivered first but it is not worth the price . but somehow I managed .but when I have received the wayfarer sunglasses I am extremely disappointed by their 3rd class product for which I have paid Rs 515 after discounting Rs 1000. I talked to their representative and told them about the product that if it has not been discounted, it would cost Rs 1500 and such a third class category sunglasses they are selling in their website which will cost not even more than Rs 50 in the streets. They told me to send the product by courier to delhi at own expense and they will initiate the payment and the cost of courier by cheque. But after sending the product nearly it takes 3 months to return the money . I have to email them in every 3rd day. This is not only the end. After 3 months they just gave me the amount of sunglasses. And when I asked them why they have not included the courier expenses, they told me that the expenses incurred in courier will not be given but a gift coupan worth of the courier expense will be given . It was really very much disappointing. I told them that their products are of 3 rd class quality, why should I will purchase by their website again. I told them that I am not interested in buying by their website and its better to leave the money as a tip to their company rather to buy a product. Than somehow they agreed to return the money by cheque. Its really a very harsh situation if all this is going on from starting to the end . There'No way to believe anymore in such types of online shopping website . For these types of third class websites only, reputed online website are losing their goodwill.
