I purchased a 5 in 1 Sofa Cum bed in India times (Order Number: 110584754). Since I was out of station, and when I opened the product and tested it for a week, I found that product had developed manufacturing defects. (The product developed holes in patches, clearly indicating a manufacturing defect). (I received the product on Aug 07) so its just three weeks. I've been previously trying to post an online query but it seemed they had some issues with their site. So I called on 01-May. I spoke to Indiatimes guy on May 01, initially he refused saying its just 14 days for replacement, then he agreed that my conversation was genuine and made sense. then we shipped the product back to seller. Now the seller confirms the recipt of order but the Guys at Indiatimes doesn't respond!
You know what? Seller confirms receipt of the product but the Indiatimes customer care still demands the AWB number and the Courier office number of Mumbai (the sellerĀ is in Mumbai)..Doesn't it seem great?
I've lost all my faith in Online Shopping and Indiatimes... I would NOT recommend indiatimes to anyone in future and i'll keep posting my complaints in all forums if this is not addressed!
