I believe that shopclues is the bad e-commerce site ever I visit in my life. I'll buy many products from flipkart, ebay , amazon, snapdeal etc and happy with their performance , but when I bought one puma watch from the shopclues site, it shows that the watch is original and its price was arround Rs. 899. Firstly it deliver my product 1 day later but finaly when it shipped to me I saw the duplicate puma watch which is completely bad experience from this site And when I said the customer care to return it , the behaviour of customer care is also very bad. This site gives me a experience that I not to buy anything from shopclues in future
