Shopclues is the worst site for online purchasing. I have witnessed its quality and got very disappointed by it.i had purchased a one time go i.e OTG from it before 2 months.when I used it for first time it worked properly but after using it for 2-3 times it stoped working.
I think that was a duplicate product. Shopclues also offers products for rs1 but dont buy them because they are totally fake products and they equalize the cost of product by charging delivery charges from us.they make fool of us.
Coming to customer support service they are very disappointing and charges heavy amount for receiving calls.Dont buy anything from shopclues because they have very bad quality products
