I many times used shopclues for ordering products but my shopping experience not good with shopclues because many of reasons that shows shopclues not so good, shopclues deliver 60% of product late time I many times order product from shopclues everytime product delivered late to me shopclues not faster deliver product compare some other ecom sites and many more reason I describe below why shopclues not good for me.
Every Products listed on shopclues the product price is so high compare other ecom sites and not many more lot's of product in shopclues compare others, when I order product on shopclues the product was to reach us very late like 6-7 days waiting for the product but when I order product like ebay, amazon the product was reach quickly like 4-5 days and price was higher this reason I don't like shopclues.
But a good think Customers services provided by the shopclues is good service any problem consult on shopclues like order related or any problems shopclues solve very fast and they always care for his Customers.
Shopclues gives 70% of Genuine Product without any doubt shopclues gives good product same as describe on the site but some products was faulty but don't worry about this because shopclues give Good Customers Service and replace your product or give money back 100% but every product on shopclues the price is higher this reason shopclues not so good for me.
So I give 2 out of 5 Rating to the Shopclues
