I have ordered few products from shop clues. But some of them I received are used or in damaged conditions.
Now, I want to take legal action against shopclues and want to file a complaint against shopclues in consumer forum. Even, I haven't received any invoice with the product delivered.
On 20-Nov-2014, I have asked for the PDF invoices for such orders. Ticket# 1456630 but even after 25 days and multiple followups I haven't received the PDF copies of invoices. This is final ultimatum to shopclues.
If I will not receive the PDF invoice copies within next 48 hours, I will start posting of social media sites and I will not be responsible for the loss of revenue or business occurring to shopclues due to this.
