I am also a user of Shopclues. But I left it. I agree it has a good reputation for customer service. I too agree with it. Customer service is better than their other services.
When we come to product quality, it needs some improvement. The product quality is very very bad. They don't take care of the quality and maintenance of the product. Even on the way of delivery, they rush all the products in a big or in a truck. Because of rushing the products are broken. One day I purchased a tempered glass for my mobile. It was so nice and it is perfect in the images. But I got a broken tempered glass. It was broken into pieces.
Product price in Shopclues is more than the other sites. Here in this review, I uploaded two images. One is Honor 5x from Shopclues and other is Honor 5x from Amazon. See the price difference.
Shopclues is 1st from last in fast delivery. Of course, delivery depends on your area. But even the Shopclues office is near to you, they need 3-4 days for delivery. There are many E-commerce websites like Amazon, Flipkart etc. You can buy products from these sites. As I said, I used Shopclues many years ago. After using Shopclues I am using Amazon and Flipkart. I am still using them.
I won't prefer Shopclues to anyone. Don't use it. Your valuable time will waste.
