I been a victim of their poor services, replacement policy, poor quality product/duplicate items and poor delivery. In fact from last 5-6 months they started to deliver the products on claimed claimed date(with 3-4 days of booking), but the product quality is not upto-mark as shown on site images.
On 26 jan. seasonal offer sale I ordered 4 items out of 3 are so low quality, that I requested to return it. Trust me till the date I didn't get any reply from them.
The coupon voucher offer are also fake, I didn't get any redeem offer and cash back offers when ever applied to buy on particular. It's jest to grab more and more buyers and nothing.
Even the the website is not user friendly. The worst thing is every time I have to login the site despite of "stay signed in" to be marked on. Home page and product page with filter options is fine but the My account section doesn't show any thing, some times by luck it displayed. Now the question is how do I look my Orders history, My returns and Profile info, when required?
