Hello friends.here I am share my real experience about shopclues.
Before 7 month I buy a powerbank from shopclues, first this product is not coming on the ecpected date.it come 3 datys after.
And when it is come the plastic coating is breaked.
Finally when I take the test of thia powerbank I know that it is not working properly as per his specification. It is a duplicate product.
I return this product to shopclues and make request to redund my amount.they take my product and dont refund my amount.
I will send the mail and also make call.but they not give me any reply any cost.
Shopclues service is too worst and poor.
My suggest u to never by any product from shopclues.they provide duplicate material.
This is my second time they current now shouldnt provide any solution.
