Issue: I have paid Rs 349 through SBI Net Banking Facility(Ref: ASBI3520009923IG00BSPEL7 TRANSFER TO 3199601162097) to order a 10  gm Silver coin. Shopclues Told me that my transaction is failed due to some technical reason & asked me to go through Cash On Delivery(COD) . I followed them, and ordered the same through COD option. Then I wrote to them to back my money which I paid through net banking. I also gave them all the details of my net banking transaction mentioned above.

But surprisingly replied to my mail as  "We apologize for the delay in the shipment of your order .". Then I asked them

"Do you understand ENGLISH. If you do not, pls surrender!

My complain was not about shipping delay.

Pls read my complain if you understand English language. I am writing it again:

Firstly, I placed my order through Sbi Net Banking(Ref: ASBI3520009923IG00BSPEL7 TRANSFER TO 319960116209pted 7). I paid rs 349. But due to some technical problem of your site, my order was not confirmed, and your site told me to choose COD option. Now I have chosen option. My question is:what will happen to my Rs 349, which I paid already through netbanking?"

But they never replied to my mail till date( almost for 8 days!).

I contacted them by phone(Customer Support(0124) 441 4888 10am - 9pm, Mon-Sat two times . But they make me fool again. For both the time their executive that they are verifying my ticket no, i.e., complain no., kept me waiting on line for more than 10 mins and then diconnected my line.

10 days over, the money is not returned to my bank account. That means shopclues.com has accepted that money & Still demanding Cash for delivery of the order. They are wanting money two times for same order! Ever you heard such an fraudulent behavior from an online shopping site. This is SHOPCLUES! The Greatest Chor(Thief) of the Nation called "SWACH BHARAT".

THEY NEVER ANSWERED THEM THROUGH MAIL & CLEVERLY DISCONNEDTED MY LINE OVER PHONE which costs me STD CHARGE OF AROUND 60 RS!
