Beware of their Annual Maintenance Contract. Review on Shirode Auto - Pune

I am proud owner of Bajaj pulsar 220cc purchased year and half back from Shirode Auto, pune. Free service were provided as usual by them at their service center near F.C road, pune. Post free service I accepted their AMC(Annual Maintenance Contract) for INR 900 which includes 6 service within 1 year.

Now every time I go to Shirode Auto for servicing, they have pact with new outlet in pune for service activity. I have to run 20-30 Kms to find where to get my bike serviced on ground of AMC taken. Now Shirode group have stopped taking calls(they say wrong number) for service purpose and AMC is not entertained with service outlets where they have pact.

Also, Shirode group has shut both of its service center in pune. It is a pain now to get my vehicle serviced on time. Even after having AMC, I got my bike serviced with full charges paid to service center(Sai Service) as they were not permitted to accept AMC from Shirode Auto.

Today I have raised this issue to BajajAuto contact(Mr. kiran devekar) for service related queries.

Hope they will not overlook this issue.Will keep you guys updated once I receive response from bajaj executive.

Today is 7th day from the date I raised my concern to Executive from Bajaj responsible for Service related issues but to my dissapointment I have not received any response from them.

Planning to raise it to higher level in Bajaj Auto after 3-4 more days.

24th Nov 2010 -- Update

I escalated first mail sent to Mr Kiran. This was raised to Mr Raghav by Bajaj Customer Care and then after a month long wait Mr. Kiran called me. I was then provide contact information of Mr. Bhandari(GM Shirode Auto).

26th Nov 2010 -- Update

Mr Satish Patil from Shirode Auto has now agreed upon care of my Bike's services left (after reference from Mr. Kiran(Bajaj) and Mr. Bhandari(GM Shirode Auto)).

Finallly,  I hope next time when I contact mr Satish Patil for AMC, it''ll be taken care.
