I dont know whether all the sharayu honda dealers are like this or not, but yes the one in Panvel is going to seriously make you crazy in terms of waiting. It may be bcoz of heavy demand for their products, but my experience doesn't say so. I had to visit this dealer for the newly launched Activa 3g which infact is a great scooter. I visited and enquired about all the process, documents, cashprice, EMI, delivery time etc. almost 30 days before diwali as wanted toa buy it on the auspicious day of LaxmiPujan. So I paid booking amount and waited for the day of its arrival at my home. To make sure the delivery to be on time I called the showroom a week before and they said that the scooter is ready and I will get it on time. So on the day of LaxmiPujan I visited the showroom along with one of my friend, who infact had warned me not to uy from this place as he had a terrible experience when he bought Honda Trigger from here. But I refused and told him that the reviews are good and they have confirmed about the delivery. On that day I was made to wait for a whole day from 11 am to almost 5pm and there was no delivery of my scooter. They said that there are lot of customers waiting for this same scooter before me. This waiting sequence continued for the whole week after which I demanded my booking amount and told them to cancel my booking. But still they again asked me to wait for some more days bcoz the stock that had arrived was damaged. So I told myself that even if I go to other dealer I will have wait for some days, so why not here may be they are telling the truth. Again after 10 days when I visited them, they refused to deliver my scooter saying there is no stock available. This very thing of no stock, stock is damaged made me really angry. To my luck I bumped into one of their employees who happened to be my childhood friend. I told him all the Ramayan, and he said to me that no need to cancel or wait more, just wait for few more hours and take the delivery. I waited for 1 more hour, by the time he completed all the paperwork and went to bring my scooter from their godown. See in the morning they said there is no stock, but to my luck I got hold of one. Even after this the showroom people asked me to pay extra Rs 3500 apart from the cashprice. These 3500 was for the accessories we have to buy compulsorily from them, otherwise you cant take the bike home. I managed to somehow collect 3500 from my friends, as I was carrying only 1500 extra apart from the cashprice. I would definitely not recommend this Sharayu Honda to anyone.
