Shabana Azmi is fabulous. She continues to write her script as she travels the world, the ultimate thespian.
Her movies must be seen to be believed. When you see her act, you will see what I mean. She has a talent that is rarely seen and most likely will not be seen again, our loss.
If you want to see a woman who was truly born to act, see Hari-Bhari, Godmother, Saaz; what beautiful music, tehzeeb, Mandi and of course, what I believe to be her most substantial Fire.
Her ability to absorb the character and make it her own is special. See her movies and sit at the throne of excellence. Her movies will never disappoint and always entertain.
She is often imitated, but has yet to be duplicated and until that happens, we have her. See her and be enlightened, she represents the best in Indian cinema.
