The company claims to have numerous profiles but once u get into paid there is a team deployed to directly decline all sent invites as most of them are not genuine secondly now they try to sale a vip shadi.com feature which is once again over priced and the team will find out suitable matches , once u opt for this service or enquire your normal life on shadi.com will come to end even if u had shown interest and not purchased the company stops showing u option and repeats the same option which they have already displayed . At least Bharat matrimony feels genuine , I didn’t expect such a product from Anupam Mittal who portrays to be so super genuine while he speaks at public front. Much before I tried vip I could see more options
Also if in a day u decide to scroll through the entire catalogue even that’s not permitted even after being paid u are only accessed to limited few which the team decides

Most of the profiles displayed are not paid once so being a paid member u don't end up getting any super benefits rather than being able to send invites or view phone numbers which are not functional . Out of 100 being displayed hardly 3 % would be luckily genuine which the team can very well identify but still the paid members are being forced to look through the same old catalogue over and over again
