For one of our friends wedding, he had booked SeaBird Sleeper class bus for us (4 of of us), which was scheduled to leave Bangalore from anand rao circle at 9:45pm .. One of us dropped out and other 3 were coming from different parts of Bangalore...


I got a call at 9 from SeaBird asking "Where are you?" I replied, my bus is at 9:45 and I will there in 15 mins .. The person rudely said it has been advanced to 9:15! what the hell, u advance the timing (actually they clubbed 2 buses) and do not bother to inform us at least a couple of hours early. Myself and one more friend reached their office by 9:15 and one more friend was in Auto...


The driver threatened us that he will start the bus if your friend does not reach here in 2 mins ... I tried to explain him that our bus was supposed to leave at 9:45 and replied back with swear words .. I lost my cool and almost pulled him by his collar and started abusing him back..


Fortunately the third person arrived and stopped the fight...After the bus started, he observed that one of our friend did not join and he tried to sell that seat to someone to earn extra bucks...I said what the hell, we have already paid money for two and I am going to sleep with comfort on two sleeper seats ..he started pleading with me, I told get lost and also informed him that if he had not misbehaved with me earlier, I would have agreed


Totally pathetic behavior by SeaBird staff. They behave as if they own the bus...Upper management needs to discipline their staff or else they may loose out of business soon!
