I was travelling from Bangalore to Pune and experienced most horrible, pathetic, worst and cheap service by management!


Bus got late by an hour but no one was ready to inform us and that office guy was not listening anything just a rude and pathetic guy! Please for god sake dont travel by their buses! Else you will be having horrible nightmare!
