I had travelled from Bangalore to Goa on August 2nd week on Seabird non A/c sleeper bus with my wife. The bus started 2.30 hrs late to Goa. I had pick up from Jayanagar 9th block and it was a different bus came for pick-up. The bus took me to Madiwala, BTM, Diary Circle again back to Jayanagar and finally took us to Gandhinagar near Majestic. It took more than 1 hr roaming around Banaglore. Then we were asked to wait in the Seabird office there till the actual Bus to Goa comes. The office in Gandhinagar was horrible it was inside a store room like dirty place where we had to wait almost 1hr 30 mins.
There was no basic facilities like toilet and when we asked they have directed us to go to another building for toileting. When we went there the person in the office told there is no water in the rest room and fund unusable. The quality of the bus was also not good and the upper births in the bus are very shaky and just good enough to give a sleepless night.
