If you have a problem with your service from Scribendi, they will address any concerns you have. I was disappointed that my sample editor was not used for the final edit that I paid for. They reviewed my edit and upon reviewing it, they agreed that the edit should be redone. They even asked the amount of time that I wanted it to be completed in. When they redid the edit, I had a very full schedule at the time. I only had time to quickly review the edit, and at first I believed it to be incomplete like my first. When I complained they immediately agreed to only charge me for a proofread. However, when I finally had a chance to look at the redo, I was quite pleased with it. If you really like your sample edit, just be sure to confirm the editor who did it will be available to edit your book. Beyond that, be sure to address any concerns with them, and my experience is that they will be happy to work with you.
