The service is so bad that any one can hack our cards for sure and it happen with me the support staff itself provide data to hackers why I say it because I have a proof and I uploaded a video for your reference.
I received a call from SBI at 3 am and they asked me whether you are using your card for shopping I said no I am not so they said some one trying to hack your details he entered 3 times wrong DOB for which we are blocking your card and we will issue a new card for security purpose.
I agreed to it and I received the new card in 2018 and after a month I received a call from unknown person claiming that they are calling from SBI and what they told is that they are issuing this year dual chip card they sent me wrongly single chip card for your security purpose and they asked me to provide details like cvv, DOB, card details,
I suddenly realised that if they are genuine they wont ask infact they transfer our call to IVR where we need to enter the details. so the question was how that hacker got my information about my new card. some one from SBI told it.
The information depth is good but insecure because employees share our data with hackers don't go for it.
The content is so bad that even after reporting this issue no one has come up and said we fired or did something with that employee.
It has no user friendly feature because no matter how much you do to SBI they will sell your data to hackers.
Time to Load is not an issue we can access this website any time but no proper responses for our reply this is the main issue.
