I like to share my pathetic experience with savaaari car booking.
I booked a Innova ar for 6 days with Savaari. and paid 25% advance .
they committed that they have many branches and any time if we see any issue in vehicle or driver can be replaced without any issue.
On first day the driver came late and over trip got screwed .The driver - Ramesh used to to take vehicle on his own wish without informing me. His phone was not reachable many times.I contacted Savari and spoke to Piyush and Dipankar without any solution.VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, CHEAT PEOPLE.
THE DRIVER WAS ARANGED FROM ROYAL TOURIST BY SAVVARI WAS EXTREMELY NOTORIOUS, HE USED TO MISBEHAVE LIKE ANYTHING.
NEVER BOOK ANY CAB THROUGH SAVAARI.BECAUSE ONCE THEY GET THEIR 25% SHARE THEY DON'T LISTEN TO CUSTOMER.
