This is the first time in my life of 49 years I am writing a review. I visited Saphire Honda showroom near Bangalore Central - J P Nagar 2nd Phase - Marenahalli near signal of Jayanagar
Following are my experience
- Day I went to book - Manager was arrogant when I jovially asked if there is any discount or offers going on and I was truthful to tell I was on my way to book Yamaha Fascino(blue matt finish). "this is Honda and not to compare with Yamaha" the tone showed arrogance "we do not give offers for our products" later said ok fine will give 1000INR discount. Later when I was filling up the form I remind them, they changed it to it is 10% discount if you take all the accessories. I wanted to just get out of the place. They also misplaced my pen and it did happen that the pen was 1000INR work and did joke of it. It was the beginning.
Day of delivery of Honda Grazia - it did not start well after choke it started. My wife just drove it and I followed it in my Tata Safari and it was hardly 0.5 KM drive to my home at J. P Nagar. Day 2 the scooter stops after going for not even 0.5 KM, thinking the petrol(they said it is filled with 1/2 liter petrol). my wife pushed it to the nearby petrol pump and filled the tank. Fun starts now! day 3 the scooter stops again while in motion lucky at her mother's place Vijaya Bank Building(it is her mother's property) I call Saphire they come and "Kick' start it REASON they give "Sir you have filled the petrol to the brim!" JOKE.I have owned vehicles of all kinds and filled petrol that too in "INDIAN" Vehicle it did not stop for any fuel "top-up" ADVISE "Sir please fill the ONLY 300INR petrol in this scooter. I am not sure if I should laugh or cry! Next Sentence by Mr. Nazim and Shabeer "'sir ladies get panicky and they do not try hard to start" very unacceptable statement against women! I told them she drives Tata Safari, Tata Indigo LX, Kinetic Honda, Maruti 800. Contrary I do not drive 2 wheeler and sit behind her!
day 4 the scooter stops just 200 Meter from my residence at St. Paul's English school, we call our Saphire Honda they came with 2 "boys" my wife was too scared to handover the keys to them seems we have not taken "HONDA" but something else and the esteemed service centers calls me at my office to tell their boys have towed the scooter using another scooter! yes I have seen how it is towed by locals around the corner by kicking the the vehicle that is stalled! Now Honda comes in to picture their representative tells "Sir now the vehicle is in your name and it cannot be returned" well I am stuck with it for life! Ok, currently the scooter is at Saphire Honda and I have given both the keys NO RESPONSE FROM ANY.Please be careful I have given my feedback, if you have any positive review you are the most blessed!
