This dhaba is in ameerpet nearby to satyam theatre.
Having a huge spread of chinese and indian fare they are reasonably priced and good in taste.
Been there some time back and had.
Palak baby corn, tamato chutni with butter rotis.
Found both the curries apt and yummy no complaints at all.
With the maximum price of any of the items being not more than ?200, Santosh Dhaba is a good restaurant for vegetarians and meat lovers alike.
Being a hardcore meat eater, I went to this restaurant with some apprehension but was pleasantly surprised by what was on offer. The choices were plenty and the dishes were familiar, as dhaba food should be.
I ordered Crispy corn and Chilli paneer as my starters. The corn was crunchy and every bite was followed by a nice taste hit of curry leaves which were present in plenty. The paneer was good as well. It was a little crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside with just the right amount of spice.
My main course consisted of capsicum masala, Punjabi kofta along with naan and stuffed kulccha. The capsicum masala and the kofta were both flavorful and filling. The naan was good, as you'd expect from a good dhaba. But the one that stole the limelight was the kulccha.
The stuffing of the kulccha was mainly paneer and it was rich and delicious. The standout thing about the kulccha was that it was encrusted with toasted cashews. The added that extra amount of nuttiness and bite that made it even more enjoyable.
All in all, this restaurant is a good place for a good, filling meal.
Special mention to the staff and the servers for their kind and courteous hospitality.
