-For those who are not aware Sanjha chulha is not located at Kasba but just a few minutes away from the Ruby hospital bus stand.I have been to this place on a number of occasions mostly with my family since my parents are really fond of their north Indian delicacy.
-Ambiance:- The restaurant has been divided into two sections consisting of ground floor and the first floor.It is a complete AC restaurant with ample seating arrangements .It is indeed spacious and the place is maintained nicely by the staff.The chairs and tables are simple, nothing fancy about it, ordinary glass tables and comfortable Woden chairs.The view from the first floor is good provided if you get the window side table.
-Service: - The waiters and the manager out here are always professional and humble with the guests.Till date I have no complains about their attitude or behavior .The service is quick and regardless of how crowded the place is the food is always delivered on time as promised.
-Food: - The menu consists of Indian and mughal delicacy and the food to order here for starters should be Amritsari Fish, tandoori chicken, haryali chicken kabab, paneer tikka, mutton kabab and a lot more.Yes, there is a huge variety of vegetarian starters as well.For the main course one can order chicken biryani, mutton roganjosh, mutton keema, chicken reshmi masala, butter naan, aloo kulcha, peas pulao and a lot more.The food being cooked her e is hygenic, fresh and the quantity per side is good enough for two.Proper chunks of tender chicken and mutton meat which is always really delicious.Keep in mind the "daal" or anything is gravy is always served in a cute looking copper bucket and the rice or pulao will be served in a copper "kadai".
-Over all verdict: - The food is good so as the service, can be crowded on weekends but trust me till date I never had to wait outside.The management is professional and the service is always quick.Do not go for deserts as it is not worth spending Rs.80 on a scoop of vanilla/chocolate ice cream.Ample parking space which is R.20 per hour for 4 wheelers.
