Samsung washing machine worked fine for 6 years and we were happy about it. For the first time, when we started facing problem, we thought there must be some problem with the power button or some connected part, as it was not starting. We called authorised service centre. They sent a service engineer. But instead of repairing or changing only the damaged part, he told us to change the entire PCB board as that was as per their company policy. We paid around rs 6000 and allowed him to change the entire PCB board. But just after 3 months and 2 days we faced same problem again. Now this time , since the warrenty period was for 3 months they rejected our aplication for replacing the part. We requested them to consider it under warranty period but they refused. Again we were asked to pay the same amount of money to replace PCB. Now we are fade.up with the whole process and their unethical , unprofessional behaviour and request the probable customers not tobuy Samsung washing machine, not even for any discount offer.
