Samsung is not good at Split Ac. I bought Samsung 1.5 ton a year back and from the time I bought it I was facing problems. My room does not get the sufficient cooling the AC has to give. Only if we sit right below it will we get some cooling. The rest other parts of the room will still have the room temperature. The service is also very poor, the first time when there was not cooling I called up the service and they said there was a gas leak and it wont be covered in the warranty, so I had to pay for it. Two months later I faced the same problem and he said I had to change some part on the exterior component which will cost me 3000 rs. Even after doing all these changes my room does not get the required cooling. I am really disappointing with this product.
