I have previously used Crarrier, LG and Haier ACs. The first two even after 10 to 15 years of usage had never given any trouble. I bought SAMSUNG 1.6 T Split ACs, three numbers on 09.03.2021. These were sparingly used, just for 2 months in Summer of 2021 and 2022. During April, 2023 all 3 ACs when started were noticed to be not working. On the panel it was showing as C1 01. When I lodged a complaint with Samsung Customer Care, they were referred to Samsung Service Centre at LB Nagar, Hyderabad. It was diagnosed that in all 3 ACs, the EP Box was not working and that the gas plugs were leaking in two ACs. They were taken for repair and I was charged a huge amount of Rs.14 000/-. How can it be that all 3 ACs purchased on the same day go out of order at the same time and with same diagnosis. It must be some manufacturing defect. But the customer is made to suffer.
It is another nightmare to get the Technitians from the Service centre.They make you beg and crawl on your face. Especially the Samsung Service Centre at LB Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana State is the worst one. I complained on the Service Centre to the Samsung Customer Care and they are least concerned.
Except for Samsung Phones, I never trust any other products of this brand. The repair of my 3 Samsung ACs are dealt by Samsung Customer Care in Service Ref. Nos. 4368940676; 4369035053; 4369184494 and 4369184495.
I HAVE TAKEN AN OATH THAT IN MY LIFETIME I WILL NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG PRODUCT AGAIN.
