Samsung Refrigerators are notihing but a burden for the consumer. The replies by the technician
Staffs of samsung will surely surprise you. Like refrigerator compressor becomes faulty because we are living near by jamuna river and the gas eruption by jamuna is the reason in making the compressor stop functioning.
Month after month consumer will enjoy the visit of technicians to repair the unending series of problems in the refrigerators made by SAMSUNG.
NEVER EVER BUY SAMSUNG REFRIGERATORS. THEY ARE JUST PIECE OF CRAP.
I have purchased one SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR model no. RT32ZBPS1/XTL, INVOICE NO. K289, Dated - 10th of May 2009 from
ARVEE SALES AGENCIES, II-J-15, Central Market, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi.
Firstly, I would like to say that this refrigerator becomes a pain for our entire family since its purchase. Problems start appearing from the first year of its purchase
like( No cooling). We lodged the complaint of no cooling and technicians visited our home to rectify the problem. They told us that the compressor is faulty and
need to be repaired. We refused the repair option and told the technicians that its warranty period is just over a month back and we need a replacement.We also asked them
that how come the compressor becomes faulty in only a year.They left our home without suggesting anything. A week later 2 other technicians visited our home and requested
us to show them the Refrigerator. While inspecting the Refrigerator Without any permission they cut down the compressor gas pipe and started filling the gas. We got very
angry after knowing the situation and told them how come they do such an unjustfiable act and do the gas refilling without our permission. After fiddling with the compressor
they told us now the unit is ok and asked Rs. 1250/- as a repairng charge. We refused to pay the charges and told them that their visit was uninformed and unwelcomed and
we have already reqested for the replacement for this unit, how come you repaired it without our permission. They then Called up their Supevisor named RAKESH JHA,
Mob no. 09910107678 and he requested us to only pay the visit charges. The book no. of the bill is- 3327, CR No. 60334, Call No.
4024611358, dated 28 of July 2010.
Then only a week later it stops cooling again. We complained for the same and technician visited our home again and added one part name- DA47-101629 and charged us accordinly.
Then after a month it stopped functioning again and we complained, technician visits and adds a part name RELAY and charged us for this new replaced part as well.
Now again on 23rd of march 2011 we again complained and technician visited our home and congratulate us with a news that again the compressor is not functioning and need to
be replaced.On hearing such an exciting news we told the technician that we does not want to undergo any servicing now and request their supervisor to replace this unit. After Hearing
the replacement he told me that its quiet a complicating process. On hearing his reply I have suggested him a very easy option to kindly collect the Refrigerator as a heartly
gift from the side of our entire family and if this option also seems complicated I would like to personally visit his home with this gift.
I would like to request you and want to beg you and want to tell you that our every single penny is very hard earned and we can not see it getting wasted like this.
Sir, kindly take necesarry steps to replace this piece of problem.
