We bought this refrigerator less than 2 years ago in July 2015 and were attracted by the inverter technology as well as 10 year warranty on offer.
A few days ago in June 2017, the refrigerator stopped freezing, and so we lodged a complaint after doing a couple of shut down, defrost and restarts.
On making a complaint we were told that there is a service charge of 650/- rupees. The warranty, apparently, does not cover the cost of the technician coming to visit and take a look.
This is such a fake approach to any sort of warranty.
I may use this refrigerator to store shoes.
