Bought a Samsung RT35 ZBPS 345 liters model for Rs22600/(Bangalore prices), the dealer Pai international promised delivery within 2 days but that was delayed to 5 days later.
Once delivered when I switched ON the refrigerator, to my horror it was not cooling & after umpteen calls to the dealer I found out that there is a reset switch located on the Compressor which has to be pressed to activate the compressor. This important point was not mentioned any where in the owner’s manual. nor the dealer people had much Idea about this compressor activation switch. Sill figuring out why Samsung has provided such a switch.
Once activated the fridge is now working normally. The cooling & noise levels are acceptable .
Will post a long term review in due course of time.
The biggest advantage of the product is its power efficiency & that is what motivated me to go for this model. There are definitely much better looking fridge's out there but in terms of energy efficiency this is currently the best- in- class in Indian Market.
