The keyboard layout is really impressive for this computer, you never get tired while typing. The display is also good. But there are a few issues with the processing unit. At 40000/- Samsung is giving only i3 processor which is practically of no use, I consider. Any brand will give you an i5 installed device. Same thing with its 2 GB of RAM and 500 GB of HDD. The laptop is terribly overrated.
Again the body finishing is not that fine. Plastic look with unsteady material.
A zero for that.
Samsung support is not very quick and on-demand. You've to wait for a couple of days to get the docket number.
