I have purchased SAMSUNG LED 48 INCH vide invoice no. KEPL/002559 dated 27 May 14 .from Vijay Sales Janak puri NEW DELHI.Within a period of one year ten months the TV has started giving problems .the colours have faded away, display has become hazy and black spots have appeared on the screen
the engineer says whole panel is faulty and needs replacement cost would be 31000/-.
This is not at all acceptable as a customer that I have to pay such a hefty amount for repair within two years of purchase .i am having one SONY LED TV purchased in 2010.till now it has not given any problem at all .in fact their customer response is also excellent.
I recommend please do not buy samsung product .the company doesn't take any responsibility for the defected product .Really shameful . .
