I had bought this brand in 2014 for my wife. It was a wonderful choice of mine. The appearance, durability, performance, cost, easiness to use, customer support was awesome. My wife is so happy with Samsung Duos Galaxy smart phone so far. I bought it for Rs 10000 at Chennai. She is able to use the phone for so many applications and even my 2.6 year old daughter loved it so much. I was using one of the oldest smart phone Nokia. My daughter always used to play with her mom’s Samsung phone with Talking Tom/Talking Cat. She always use her mom’s phone for just see the photos and never accept or never like to see my phone. The camera picture quality is very good. We can use both front and back camera. I had a bad experience with Reliance net connect data card and I am using the internet through Wi-Fi facility in my mobile. Easily we can connect to lap top as there is no need to use any cable. We can use the option “Tethering and portable hots and can enable portable Wi-Fi- Hots which help us to use the internet. This helped me a lot as my wife also can use mobile internet at the same time. But with my old Noika E63, I need to use data cable to connect to internet. So I need not buy data card of I have Samsung Duos Galaxy smart phone at my home. Their customer care executives are very good. I was not aware of how to use Wi-Fi in Samsung. I thought that I need to use the data cable to connect to internet to lap top with the help of the mobile internet. I called the customer care executives of Samsung and their executives explained me very patiently how to connect to lap top with the help of Samsung Duos Galaxy smart phone. With just one time explanation from the customer care executives, I was able to use internet at my lap top. No doubt they their customer care is so great than any Reliance product/service customer care. The parts of the phones are easily available even we can get cheaper cost parts from online shopping from eBay/Amazon/snap deal. Great to use the Samsung Duos Galaxy smart phone. I believe that its worth money to use and it will be good selection with Samsung. We can get much better facility if we are ready to spent more money.
