No its not. this is so because of its ram it got very less ram of 1.5 gb that will not be able to keep it smooth for long.
Beside this it get octa core proceser whick make the phone perforn faster. It also has good camera quality as it give you 13 m.p of back and 5 m.p of front with flash which makes the camera work even better. It contain android 5.1.2 lollipop which can be upgrade further to marshmello. I will say that its good but not in price range of 14000.
