Hi everyone, I am here to share about my experience with Samsung microwave oven.We all know Samsung is a familiar brand all over the world.I bought this Microwave one year back in this one year there appeared many issues with this product.
It is used for multistage cooking and a very easy to operate.
The first issue was with start and stop buttons then I called the customer care they came and repaired it.After one month there arise one more issue is the microwave not at all switching on, it automatically stopped taking electricity without completing the task, again I called up the service center they came and resolved it.After that, for four months it performed well.Recently two weeks back again the buttons are not working properly.
The service was fine but we could not expect a quick response.In this one year, I noticed three problems so I could not expect it for a longer time.
I suggest not to buy this product as it was not up to the standards of Samsung.
