I bought a split Ac on one year back. From the day one I got issue in that AC. I kept complaining to their customer care, their technician use to come and go. But no solution.
finally after a year with big fight with their corporate office, my AC got replaced with the new one. Big Joke is it's almost 3months over after I made a complaint for my new AC.
I strongly recommend dont buy any Samsung products, particularly AC.
