I feel this review is:
I have purchased Refrigerator with high regards to Samsung as a brand. This is premium product in refrigerator segment. Within 5 years, the leakage of gas occurred which ensures cooling in the refrigerator. Samsung is unable to repair it & disowning the responsibility as product is out of warranty. Claim is that product performed to warranty period & now it is not Samasung responsibility. I have to scrap this refrigerator which was almost worth 80K. Samsung is even not ready to provide me mail or SMS that product is not reparable. I don't know why company is so afraid to provide the information in writing.
